These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Unibus mobile application operated by Pamojarise Technologies Ltd ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By using Unibus, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Unibus, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

Unibus is designed for students. By using the app, you represent that you are:

  • At least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an educational institution
  • Capable of forming a binding contract

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Community Guidelines

All users must follow our Community Guidelines. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.

5. Premium Membership

Unibus is a premium service requiring a paid subscription:

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly
  • Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change pricing with reasonable notice
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post but grant us a license to display it within the app. You are responsible for your content and must not post:

  • Illegal, harmful, or offensive material
  • Content that infringes others' intellectual property
  • Spam, advertising, or promotional content
  • Personal information of others without consent

7. Intellectual Property

The Unibus app, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Pamojarise Technologies Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pamojarise Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Unibus. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Unibus after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tanzania.
